8. Lost or Damaged Shipments FireHato is not liable for any lost or damaged shipments once they are in the possession of the courier. However, if your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier or issuing a replacement where applicable.

9. Shipping Address Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. FireHato is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional charges may apply to reship the order.
